On Sale Friday: Soul singer Allen Stone will relive his troubadour days on his intimate fall tour, “My Favorite Songs, Favorite Stories,” which hits SPACE on Friday, October 7. Tickets go on sale this Friday at 10 a.m.

Grammy-winning songwriter-guitarist Dave Alvin returns with brother Phil Alvin this fall, in support of their two recent collaborations, 2014’s Common Ground and last year’s Lost Time. Chicago country singer-guitarist Robbie Fulks returns to the club this fall in support of his new Bloodshot Records album, Upland Stories.

Oklahoma folk singer John Moreland — whose album High On Tulsa Heat was hailed by The New York Times as “starkly elegant, addressing sadness with clarity and directness” — returns to the club for a headline show this fall. Austin, Tex. newcomer Adam Torres is also here this fall. “Just a minute into hearing his voice I knew I was listening to a unique and astonishing talent,” writes NPR’s Bob Boilen.

Manx-born, Chicago-based bluesman Davy Knowles will celebrate his new album, Three Miles From Avalon, at the club this October. Moreland and Arbuckle, who released their Alligator Records label debut this year, are here this fall for a night of blues-rock. The Villalobos Brothers will help celebrate Mexican Independence Day at SPACE on Friday, Sept. 16.

Among the other new shows going on sale this week are Nashville a cappella group Street Corner Symphony with Andy Davis; all-star blues revue Chicago Women in the Blues; Liz Longley, whose new album, Weightless, is out in August; Anne Hills and Michael Smith; and Maria Muldaur

Coming Up: Over The Rhine returns to the club this weekend with special guest Heather Maloney. Denver rock and rollers The Yawpers are here next Saturday, July 23rd, while fellow Bloodshot recording artist Cory Branan returns to the club on July 26. Looking ahead to August, up-and-coming New Orleans songwriters Kristin Diable and Luke Winslow-King share a bill on Aug. 4. And Nashville songwriter Andrew Combs is here with Charleston’s Susto on Aug. 10.
