On Sale Friday: This November, SPACE welcomes Grammy-winning folk singer Judy Collins back to the club. Austin singer-songwriter Bob Schneider is also back this fall. We’re excited to have Minneapolis neo-soul singer Caroline Smith for a special late show in October.
Justin Roberts will celebrate his new CD, Lemonade, at SPACE this fall along with Robbie Fulks, Liam Davis, Gerald Dowd and John Abbey. Chicago’s premiere Steely Dan tribute act, Deacon Blues, is back for an unforgettable night of the Dan this November. Rising Portland gospel-soul singer Liz Vice will make her debut at the club this fall.
We’ve just announced two new shows in our Lagunitas Blue Mondays series: guitarist Carlos Johnson in September and harmonica player Omar Coleman in October. Tickets for these shows go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. via evanstonspace.com and ticketweb.com.

Only a few tickets remain for Friday’s Raul Malo show and Saturday’s late show. Please note that Sunday’s Buckwheat Zydeco concerts have been cancelled due to Stanley Dural’s ongoing recuperation from recent radiation treatments. He is recovering well and we hope to have him back at the club soon.

Next Tuesday, The Stray Birds are here in support of their new album, Magic Fire, produced by Larry Campbell. Pacific Northwest songwriters Dave McGraw & Mandy Fer are here next Wednesday.
